  • Once we lock in your package, we schedule the shoot for lifestyle content and reels, a 1-3 night stay is usually best to capture both day and night lighting. I’ll ask ahead of time if you have specific shots in mind, or if you’d rather I capture a full mix.

  • For lifestyle/social content, a short stay (1-2 nights) gets the best results. For straightforward listing photos, a daytime session works fine — no stay required.

  • No problem! this content works just as well for your listing photos, website, or paid ads.

  • It’s a walkthrough guests can explore online before booking. Best for higher-end listings or properties where layout is a selling point (multi-level homes, unique floor plans, unusual amenities).

  • I’m available to travel domestically and internationally (valid passport, FAA Part 107 drone license). Travel fee is $0.70/mile beyond a 30-mile radius, or flights and lodging covered for international/multi-day bookings. No charge for travel time itself.

  • Every package includes a delivered gallery within 10 business days of the shoot.
